Llewellyn studied at the University of Stellenbosch. He qualified as an attorney in 1997 and practices in commercial law, corporate law, aspects of property law, dispute resolution and general litigation. Llewellyn has extensive experience in drafting commercial and corporate agreements including lease agreements, sale of property, sectional title and share block, loan agreements, service provider agreements, protection of privacy policies, memoranda of incorporation, shareholders agreements, sale of shares agreements, suretyships and pledge agreements. He is the FICA and POPI officer of the firm and qualified as a solicitor of England and Wales. Llewellyn is also a certified mediator and member of the Society of Mediators.
In his spare time, Llewellyn enjoys outdoor sports such as mountain biking and triathlons. Llewellyn is also a bit of a foodie and loves to prepare interesting dishes.
