In October 1994, two men, Maurice Phillips and Paul Wisenberg, met each other through a mutual colleague, and the rest, as they say, is history.

Initially engaging as associates, they soon came to grow mutual respect and understanding that led to their partnership that then started in March 1995. Over the next two and a half decades their vision has only kept growing.

Leonard Hersch was introduced to MP|W in 2002 by Paul Wisenberg, who became a partner in 2003. The firm since grew to eight lawyers who each apply their own skills and work together to create the best solutions for the individual needs of every client.
